Creole Cuisine introduced its first concepts in 1989 as a restaurant and daiquiri bar offering fun atmospheres and great New Orleans cuisine. Our vision was to cater to both locals and tourists by offering impeccable service in a comfortable, casual dining atmosphere. The company began to thrive and expanded into architecturally historic buildings promoting its unique New Orleans restaurant concept. Locals and tourists looking to experience the entertainment of New Orleans cuisine and culture helped to develop Creole Cuisine’s now first class reputation as leaders in the industry. Our continued philosophy has been for all to enjoy value pricing, southern hospitality and rewarding atmospheres.
Creole Cuisine has continued to grow for more than two decades. We consistently deliver a standard of excellence in all parallels of our business. Our chefs create authentic New Orleans cuisine while incorporating current trends to produce innovative dishes using the freshest ingredients. Creole Cuisine also caters to special events with various venue options. Our premier special event venue location is Bourbon Vieux at 503 Bourbon Street above Bayou Burger & Sports Company. In addition, we provide all who work with us a friendly, cooperative and rewarding environment which encourages long-term employment and growth opportunities.
Today, Creole Cuisine has grown to include nine French Quarter restaurants and eight daiquiri bars. They include Royal House, Chartres House, Le Bayou, The Original Pierre Maspero’s, Bayou Burger & Sports Company, Pier 424 Seafood Market, Cafe Maspero, Broussard's, Kingfish, and seven Big Easy Daiquiri bar locations. In addition, Creole Cuisine has expanded beyond the French Quarter with Daiquiri Paradise, located in St. Bernard Parish, LA.
