Creole Cuisine introduced its first concepts in 1989, as a restaurant and daiquiri bar which offered fun atmospheres and great New Orleans Cuisine. Our vision was to cater to both locals and tourists by offering impeccable service in a comfortable, casual atmosphere. The company began to thrive and expanded into architecturally historic buildings promoting its unique concept. Locals and Tourists looking to experience the entertainment of New Orleans culture and cuisine helped to develop Creole Cuisine's now first class reputation as leaders in the industry. Our continued philosophy has been for all to enjoy value pricing, southern hospitality, and rewarding atmospheres.
Creole Cuisine has continued to grow for over 20 years. We consistently deliver a standard of excellence in all parallels of business. We remain commited to keeping our concepts fresh, exciting and on the cutting edge of the hospitality and entertainment industry. Our renowed chefs create authentic New Orleans cuisine while incorporating current trends to produce innovative dishes using the freshest ingredients. We consistently provide our guests with superb service by demonsrating graciousness,knowledge and integrity in our performance. In addition, we provide all who work with us a friendly cooperative and rewarding environment which encourages long-term employment and growth opportunities.
Today, Creole Cuisine has grown with numerous restaurants and 6 daiquiri bars in the French Quarter alone. They include Boudreaux's Backyard (French Quarter), Bourbon View, Chartres House Cafe, La Bayou Restaurant, The Original Pierre Masperos, Royal House Restaurant, Cajun Cabin, and six Big Easy Daiquiri locations. In addition Creole Cuisine has expanded beyond the French Quarter with locations in the Greater New Orleans area including Boudreaux's Restaurant in Jefferson Parish, LA and Paradise Daiquiri Bar , located in St. Bernard Parish, LA.
